You can use the following online form to request the Euracert label for your Web site.
Before you fill it in and submit it, please read all the information about the Euracert label (see Label page).
We emphasis in particular that the Euracert Label is not just another Web Accessibility label. Indeed, a Web site gets the Euracert label in addition to a label delivered locally in a European country by a label issuing organisation listed in the Partners list (see Partners list page).
So far, the organisations ONA and Blindenzorg Licht en Liefde (Belgium, AnySurfer label), Association BrailleNet (France, label AccessiWeb) and Fundosa Teleservicios (Spain, Sello de Accessibilidad) are authorised to issue the Euracert label. This means that a Web site must first obtain one of these 2 labels before obtaining in addition the Euracert label.
So, by submitting this online form, you request that one of the four organisations assesses your Web site against its own label and to award you in addition the Euracert label if your Web site passes the labelling process (Note: see "Euracert label rates" in order to get the Euracert rates).
.Note: the fields followed by * are obligatory.
